The combination front/rear cable manager shall provide the capability to organize and contain up to 96 patch cords on the front of the panel and up to ninety six 0.25 in. OD 4 pair Cat 5 UTP cables on the rear of the panel. The front of the panel shall provide four 2 in. x 4 in. horizontal distribution rings and four 2 in. x 4 in. vertical distribution rings. The front shall contain at least twenty-four 0.75 in. x 1.25 in. non-rotating plastic clips for additional cord management. The rear of the cable manager shall contain four 2.5 in. x 3 in. distribution rings. All distribution rings shall have radiuses edges to protect cables from nicks and tears. The cable manager shall be no more than 2 EIA rack units high and shall fit a standard 19 in. rack. The rear of the panel shall have 4 quick-insert type tie-wrap anchors to facilitate the bundling and securing of the Category 5 cables to ensure optimal performance. The material shall be 0.060 steel with black powder coat finish. The manufacturer shall provide a 1-year limited product warranty and 15-year product performance guarantee. The manufacturer shall provide a lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship and an application guarantee when installed as part of a certified system.
